How We Operate
At Crystal Sword, transparency, simplicity, and a focus on outcomes are the keys to helping our clients succeed.
This is why every engagement -whether focused Cyber Risk Management and Quantification, GRC Engineering, or both - is executed in the same four step process described below.
No guess work. No hidden processes. No Up-selling. Just Results.
Four Easy Steps
-
Contact Crystal Sword for an appointment with our CEO. Discuss details about the project, timing, budget, and whether or not it’s a solid fit. If it is, Crystal Sword will immediately start the drafting of an agreement of services to execute and sign any relevant documents on your end.
-
Within 72 hours after the contract and preliminary paperwork is done Crystal Sword will produce an initial deliverable we call a plan of attack (POA). This document lays out how Crystal Sword plans to tackle your project.
A second call will be set up to go over and refine the POA to make sure that approach, outcomes and what success looks like are agreed upon. -
Once the POA is agreed, you will gain access to a Trello board customized for your engagement with Crystal Sword, tracking deliverables and tasks. A custom slack and/or teams channel for real time communications will also be created with an invite link sent to relevant stakeholders.
Then the real work gets done.Crystal Sword will execute the project, contact key personnel, and conduct operations to ensure the outcomes of the POA are met.
-
No matter how long the Operational Execution has taken, Crystal Sword will ensure that all expectations are met, outcomes have been achieved, and closeout of the project can be conducted.
A call with all relevant stakeholders goes over a FROM:TO model, FROM: where we started, TO: where we now are, HOW: how we got here. All deliverables and tangibles are handed over to you at this point (if they have not been already).
It is at this point where new or future engagements, additional services, and/or retaining Crystal Sword can be discussed.
